Sealing & Staining

Applying a sealer to a porous surface helps it repel water. The more water repellant a surface is the more resistant it will be to algae mold, and dirt. It's also less likely to crack from water expansion due to freezing.

  • Soft Washing

Why soft wash vs. pressure wash? Soft washing is used on surfaces that are notoriously hard to get clean with pressure or would be damaged if one were to use high pressure on them - such as vinyl siding, windows, roof shingles, screens, wood paneling, etc.

  • Roof Washing

Our humid environment creates ideal conditions for Gloeocapsa Magma to attach itself to your roof where it produces a bacteria that creates those black or green streaks that you see. Besides just being unsightly, these organisms feed on limestone which is a major component of asphalt shingles. To prevent damage and water intrusion we clean your roof with a no-pressure technique called soft washing. A proprietary solution is applied to the surface and simple rinsed off when desired results are achieved. We can clean any type of roof including shingle, clay tile, slate, metal, and composite.

  • Patios & Pool Decks

Whether your hardscape is concrete, brick, paver, flagstone, marble, limestone, or anything else, we have cleaners and techniques to handle it. Some patios materials are soft and many have grouted joints so it's important to use the correct pressure and detergent combination to get the job done.

  • Wood Decks & Fences

Cleaning wood surfaces takes special care to prevent damage. A natural wood fence that has become grey with oxidation can be brought back to a like-new look while fences with faded stain will take a bit more work. We recommend that you plan to paint or stain your freshly restored fence as soon as possible after the cleaning. Cleaning wood decks and fences can be more time consuming because the extra care needed but you can be confident that we’ll use low pressure and the proper detergents to bring back the desired finish.

  • Gutters

Aluminum gutters tend to accumulate dark drip-like stains. No worries, we have a special gutter cleaning solution and applicator to get rid of those.
